Trouble signing in with Apple or Google, switching accounts, or deleting your account and data.
Purchases & restore
Missing Shorbs or diamonds after a purchase, or restoring purchases on a new device. Use “Restore Purchases” in Settings, then contact us if anything is still missing.
Progress & sync
Progress not syncing across devices, or scores and achievements that didn’t save. Make sure you’re signed in with the same account.
