What is Shoorbaloo?
Shoorbaloo is a brain-training game packed with science-minded mini-games that challenge your memory, attention, speed, flexibility, problem-solving, and math. Along the way you collect a cast of playful octopus characters and train a little every day in a way that actually feels fun.
Is Shoorbaloo free?
Yes. Shoorbaloo is free to download and play, with a generous set of games available at no cost. Optional in-app purchases — like virtual currency and extra content — are available if you want to go further, but they’re never required to enjoy the game.
What are Shorbs and diamonds?
Shorbs and diamonds are in-game currencies. You earn Shorbs by playing and completing challenges, and you can use them to unlock characters and items. Diamonds are a premium currency that can be earned in-game or purchased. Both are virtual goods with no real-world value and can only be used inside the app.
How do multiplayer matches work?
In multiplayer, you go head-to-head with friends or other players in real-time brain challenges. Each match pits you against an opponent across a set of mini-games, and the higher score wins. Win matches to climb the leaderboard and show off your skills.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchases.” As long as you’re signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy, your content will be restored. If anything is still missing afterwards, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Will my progress sync across devices?
Yes. When you’re signed in with your Apple or Google account, your progress, characters, achievements, and currency balances are saved to the cloud and sync automatically. Just sign in with the same account on your new device.
Which devices are supported?
Shoorbaloo runs on iPhone and iPad via the Apple App Store, and on Android phones and tablets via Google Play. We support recent operating system versions; for the best experience, keep your device and the app up to date.
How is my data handled?
We only collect what’s needed to run the game and sync your progress, and we never sell your personal information. You can read the full details — and request access to or deletion of your data — in our Privacy Policy or by emailing [email protected].
Can I delete my account?
Absolutely. You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We’ll remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is Shoorbaloo suitable for kids?
Shoorbaloo is family-friendly and made for a general audience. It isn’t directed at young children, and some features and purchases are intended for older players. We recommend parents supervise younger players and use device parental controls for purchases.
How do I contact support?
